Holy Grounds Hosted by the Department of Religion and Philosophy

Students are invited to enjoy teas and coffees with the Department of Religion and Philosophy on the third floor of Neville Hall on Tuesday, September 23rd, from 11:00 to 12:00. The department will also host “Holy Grounds” on Tuesday, October 28, from 11:00 to 12:00, and on Monday, December 8, from 10:30 until 12:00.

The show will start right at 10:15 and it will last 20 minutes, the following 25 minutes will be time to interact with Kungfu masters.

Southern Film Circuit: Valentine Road @ HP Amphitheater

The Department of Southern Studies invites all PC students, faculty, and staff to their showing of Valentine Road. The horrible shooting of a middle-schooler and the accompanying trial of his killer, another middle-schooler. Set in Southern California, this documentary focuses on community reaction to both young men and to issues related to homophobia. Discussion with filmmakers to follow each film. Refreshments provided.
